Realistic Pilates, as the name suggests, is a Realistic method of exercise for Real people with Real bodies based on the methods of Joseph & Clara Pilates. We have deconstructed the classic exercises which took Joseph Pilates a lifetime to master, as we believe that correct technique is paramount. Our philosophy is one of Less is More with an emphasis on TEACHING  the exercises as opposed to simply demonstrating.

Our sister company The EnergyWise Academy is a nationally recognised training provider for Pilates Instructors which allows successful students access to the Register of Exercise Professionals REPs at Level 3. This is the industry standard- There is no higher accreditation for fitness instructors in the UK at this time.
